I can finally get my lesche in the ground here. Bout to go nuts with this weather. Hit a little grange and started out in cond. on the se and noticed a lot of nulling. I've hardly ever ran in ferrous, but I thought I'd give it a shot. To my surprise, it seemed to work out well. Hit one indian, one merc. a few Wheaties , clad. And, on the way back to the truck about five feet away I got this cool watch fob. Dont' know anything about it but thought I'd post a pic or two and see if anyone has any info on it. Hope everybody got to dig today.

Nice finds. Checked out Mike's link and that fob is probably worth a few dollars. Seems to be from around 1915. Congrats.

Nice way to round out a hunt. 1 Silver, bunch of wheats and a cool fob from the 9 teens. That grange is the spot! I'm going to try Ferrous as well as I've been using only Conductive and the nulling has been quite bad. Afraid I must be missing a lot, as at the last hunt with the Delta, I pulled several wheats from that area last year. Good luck on your further attempts. HH
