First hunt of 2012---visited the Barber shop:detecting:

Got out with Ray-mo for the first hunt of 2012 on Thursday with some beautiful weather. Nothing like detecting in January in just a short sleeve shirt. We hit a few spots we have pounded before but wanted to see if we could pull out a few more goodies from them before moving on to newer spots.

I ended up with 4 silver... 2 Barber dimes, a Barber half, and a roosevelt dime along with a handful of wheaties. Pretty cool starting 2012 off with 3 straight barber coins!! Of course the big surprise was the Barber half. I went over 25 years without ever finding one and now this is my second one in 3 trips. Too much fun
