Finally got to break out my new E-trac and I am really liking it so far. Went for a couple hours to my local park Monday morning and got a wheatie and a musket ball. Spent yesterday hunting with Ray-mo to get a few pointers and was able to dig a nice key date 1896-O Barber dime, a crudded 1897 Injun, and several wheats.

I think I am going to get along with this machine really well. Stability is awesome and I seem to be chasing a lot less deep iron so far compared to my SE Pro. Still have a lot to learn and hopefully will have more finds to show soon.

Will be getting some video footage this year of some hunts out soon too.

Hey Ray, only if one of those was a 1916-D and I do not rememeber you diggin one of those:thumbdown:

Congrats on the barber. Anytime you can pull one of those beauties out of the ground is an awesome day.

Thanks Joe, I do hope I can keep it up all season long:bouncy:

Thanks Mark. The digging is almost too easy in some parts and a little too wet in others, but at least no frozen ground. lets got out sometime together.

Thanks Dan! I am really liking it so far...think I made a great choice. And once I get used to it I plan on breaking out the video camera too:crazy:

Hey hoser, I agree 100% Barbers used to be far and few between but Ray-mo graciously gave me the Barber mojo and I am finding them much more often:clapping:

Congrats on the Barber. Finding a Barber was the highlight of my first year on the E-Trac so I know how sweet it is.

Nice Going On The 1896O. You've just about paid off the E-Trac with that great find.:clapping:
