Jimmie, I do not think that you are telling everything involved in this transaction. When you received this metal detector, you sent me an e-mail requesting that I call you on the telephone because you were not happy. I immediately called you on the telephone. I explained about the grey rod, that when the X-terra 30 was given to me that I had chosen the grey colored one. The telephone call was a short telephone call and knowing that you did not want it, I offered to refund your money.
You did not ask for the refund, I was the one that offered to refund the money. I told you to return it to me and upon receipt I would refund the money through PayPal. I left the money in PayPal and did not withdraw it. A week ago, I sent you e-mail and a Private Message, asking you if you had sent the metal detector yet, and if you had sent it, when did you send it and how did you send it. You did not reply to either the e-mail or Private Message. Finally, yesterday, after a couple of weeks, no reply to e-mail or Private Message, I sent you both an e-mail and Private message stating that you had not returned e-mail or Private Messages and that I would no longer refund the money. A couple of weeks was long enough to return the metal detector or at least return the e-mail or Private Message. Strange, but you did return that e-mail, stating that you had junked the metal detector, that you did not have time to return the metal detector and etc. As a matter of fact, here is a copy of what you sent to me: "Fred keep your money I just junk the detector any way that was all it was good for I did not have time to go and box and send and all that junk I will take my lose and buy only new detectors any more and for sure not on that forum any more. I learn my lessen " Jimmy, that pretty much sums it all up...you did not return the metal detector after I offered to refund the money, no questions asked.
For informational purposes, I have copies of all communication involved in this transaction. You were immediately offered a refund, would not communicate, did not return the metal detector. It is very difficult to satisfy someone that will not return the metal detector, but instead you post some misleading information on this forum. Kelley (Texas)
