Found A Few Silver Coins Yesterday

I went back to an old abandoned house yesterday that we had hunted last summer. Last year I found a Wheat Cent and I've wanted to get back to this house ever since.
It's a pretty junk site - so this time I went back with the 6" Excellerator Coil. Found a 1919-S Mercury Dime - 1962-D Roosevelt Dime - 1945 Wheat Cent - a Sailboat Pendant and an old brass Chrysler car key.

The Mercury Dime was down a true - measured with a ruler - 8 inches - in hard packed dirt and I got a solid FE 12 - CO 44 target ID !
All I can say is ... these little 6" Excellerator coils are fantastic !

Very Nice finds  I haven't had the opertunity to buy or try any other coil on my machine as of yet. Still using the pro coil. Looking forward to trying a different coil hopefully in the near future. Congrats on your finds :detecting:

congrats on the silver!!! i have yet to use my X-5. the pro coil works pretty darn good even in trash...

Nice finds, but I hate to inform you, that is NOT a Chrysler key. It is a Mercury Lincoln key (trunk lock or glove box) Ignition key would be square at the top.......NGE

Nice finds Mark, that is one clean looking penny for a '45.

Nice finds Mark, glad to hear the good report on the 6" coil. Thanks for the pictures. -- Randy

My mistake - thought was a Chrysler logo - thanks for ID'ing the Key NGE.
