Found My Oldest Indian Today

Short 2 hr hunt, 2 old flat buttons, one is sliver plated, 2 wheat pennies, Musketball, a Junk Ring & my oldest Indian Head Penny, 1864,. Found all these except the ring in the most unlikely spot on an old dirt baseball infield, I hunted all around it & never did the baseball diamond thinking there was fill dirt layed down, not so, the small flat button was laying on the surface, all the others were less than 4" deep. The Indian really surprised me, was reading 26 in All Metal, High trash, never seen an IH read like that.
