The F75 LTD has been smoking lately. Went on a 2 hr hunt. Found 3 civil war bullets plus this old old silver coin this pm. in a beanfield only about 4" down. I think it says 1755. These small old worn silver coins give off a mid 30s - 40s reading for me. The back is worn to nothing and totally smooth. Is this a reale or something? I'm not sure. If you can offer some insight or help ID this thing, i'd greatly appreciate it too. Thanks. CCH

With the help of Larry (IL) & Nancy (IL) , we have ID'd this old silver coin as a 1755 US COLONIAL SILVER SPANISH HALF-REALE COIN COB SC !!! Yeah. Thanks for your help. CCH
