Out with the D2 today and I uncovered this , it is solid iron and pretty heavy, I thought I was digging something non ferrous but it fooled the detector , don't really know what it might be but it looks like a bird or a seal on a square base. Have to clean it up some and maybe hit it with some electrolysis. I don't ever dig iron on purpose but I thought this thing was pretty neat so I kept it.
