Franklin Halfs

Is it true Franklin Halfs don't show up? It's not that they are lying around like zinc pennies, but why is it Franklin Halfs don't show up with the Etrac?. I haven't tried my Etrac on one yet so I know nothing about what it will or will not do with a Franklin half.

That goes along with my other post. To get that 1-49 to register in the Coins program, do you have to open up the coins program upper right area and
then save it as another coins program in my modes? So basically in a sense you'd have 2 coins programs.... only 1 allows for you to find silver dollars and the other does not. Am I right?

You MUST open it up or modify the stock coins program...Why they darkened this area is beyond my comprehension...Dang them drunken Aussies!...lol

HH,

Franklins are less common because they were not minted for as long a period, and people were not carrying many halfs at that time period. Very often halfs will come in 06-47 on the E-Trac but you should open that upper area anyway.

i tested my detector yesterday using the stock coins pattern and it picked up a peace dollar and half just fine.

Dont use the coin programme on the ET , i have my own and i think it should be on here somewhere i think . The more you close up on discrim the more you nul and lose.
