Fred the stray returned for his dinner

I actually know who owns it, but the owner lives 4 blocks away. They used to live in my area so this cat
just likes coming back to old friends. The owner is a bit annoyed because everyone feeds the cat.

I have often captured it and returned, but now it knows better and does not come too close anymore was too scared to get a mug shot.
