drove by the park today saw grass in the pine tree section got out my se off i went hiked tru butt deep snow to get there first hit hard frozen digging 4 inchs to get 1st pop top of the year little more hunting another beep nets my fist penny of the year ground to frozen just walked around awhile to here my se talk to me but did no more diggin wait till it thaws i,ll be back to check the beeps at that time just fun to be back out

I just made a few passes in my frozen driveway. Lots of bouncing signals....is'nt very stable around vehicles..duh? Moved away from the vehicles and it calmed down some. Found a spot that was reading in the silver zone with a Fer/Cond reading of 00 14 to 00 20, but it is a larger (lengthwise) object about 6 inches down. I remember digging up an old cast iron water line with my Ace 250 in the general area last spring. Will certainly have another look when this crap thaws.
