Since we do not post time, date or location here on the forum of club hunts, the hunt chairman or President should have sent Emails to everyone by now with location and time and other important info. If you didn't get notified, get a hold of President McLucky or Chairman Tom D.

I PMed mclucky this morning as well. I know in the meeting tom said something about getting a head count on the forum but I've not seen anything about it.
