I week ago I had some problems with my one year old overworked and abused Pro Pointer. I sent it back to Garrett explaining the problems and within 10 days I received a brand new one.

They don't play around. Outstanding customer service for sure !
When you are looking for a new detector it is something to keep
in mind. They go all out to keep their customers happy.
 
It would take a LOT to get me to consider
another brand .... :garrett: has treated me
really well.. i doubt id switch
