I can't make out the date on the halfpenny. Also found a large cent and a two cents in the same park.

Way to go Doug.. we are on borrowed time up here... Hopefully the ground can stay soft a bit longer

Very Impressive :clapping:

I Have Found A Half Cent And A Large Cent In Local Parks In WNY

But That Irish Half Cent Is a Huge Surprise

Where Are You Located?

Thanks for the comments.

I live in Ulster County but I also detect the parks in Orange Co. and Dutchess Co. and NYC. The Irish halfpenny was from Orange Co. I'm surprised that there are still good finds in the parks.

Gary, according to the forcast, it looks like the ground will be ok for a while longer. HH.

Very nice late season.
