Getting better with the Equinox 900

Ted S

Well-known member
I spent about 2 hours doing some research today. Ended up driving about an hour of that to talk to a farmer to get permission to hunt one of his fields. He was out planting so I talked with his wife. She took my name and number since it was a cornfield and not planted yet. I asked her about the local ball diamond and she told me it had been there a long time. I drove to town and hunted 3 and 1/2 hours. I did manage a few coins. I ran mainly in Park 1 with an iron bias of 1 and a recovery speed of 4. Sensitivity was between 21-23. It did run nice and stable except when I got close to power lines. Thanks to all that gave me tips! Ted

Thanks Felix! I tried All Tones but went back to 5 tone.
Great research and hunt Ted!!
I love All Tones on the 900. It’s an 800 on steroids with more tones!😂

Nice finds Ted looks like the 900 is working well for you.
