I plan on seeing what me and the 250 can find while we're up there. This will be my first time ever beach hunting. Because of this I have a few questions that I'm hoping you guys can answer.

1. I've heard about those beach sweepers that they use on virtually every beach in the country. How often are they usually used and do they suck up EVERYTHING?

2.I know that there are a lot of people on this forum that hunt on beaches with 250s. What mode would you recommend for hunting on a beach? Sensitivity?

3.Does the 250 do good at the waters edge?

4. Obviously, with this being my first beach hunt I will most likely not get very far when it comes to hunting the beach. How would you guys advise me to hunt this beach?

5. For all of you guys who have ever flown with a MD, should I be worried about airport security telling me I can't bring my MD in a carry on suitcase? I don't want to have to pay an outrageous fee for bringing more than one suitcase. As many of you guys know, the 250 is made of the coil, a plastic pole, and 2 metal poles.

6. Finally, whose territory will I be invading? I'll be in the Dighton, Rehobeth, Fall River, and Taunton area.

Why don't you see if you can UPS it to your destination?
It seems that you have the time, and their insurance is much
better than what you would find after the airline dropped it from 20 feet.

I routinely ship my hard to travel with equipment. (Usually both ways)
