At least I got a little silver. With the beach replenishment they did last month, I was expecting to be finding a lot of 50 caliber shells and points, but I'm not. Got out for a couple hours with the Excal and was hitting a lot of iron bits. Only three non-ferrous today, a silver ring a quarter and the bottom of an aluminum can. Eye spotted a nice shark's tooth too! Did not see anyone else detecting. Ring weighs in at 10.6 grams.
