Good day out of town

Had to work 3 1/2 hrs from home today, so i threw my old ace 250 in the truck just in case i had time to detect After checkin in to the motel, me and my coworker went driving around town. Found an old park so i stopped for an hour. As i walked up to the park i noticed lots of fresh dig holes! I figured i was too late. Walked around and managed 75 cents in newer clad. Then before i left i found the ring which is junk, but its a ring! Then the best find, 1886 v nickel! Its rough, but hey the ol 250 pulled through in a hunted park. Next time though i WILL be bringing the at pro with me. I was worried about it bouncing around in the work truck, but i think im gonna invest in a carrying case for it just for times like this. I am sure there has to be more old missed coins there.

Good working in a hunt opportunity. And nice to have someone else along when hunting in an unfamiliar area

Very nice !
