Google used to charge $400 for the Pro version of Google Earth but now it is free. All you need to do is go to this link and register and they will email you a key.

This was posted on a web news service this morning so the servers are a little busy, if you get an error when you try to register just keep trying, It took 5 attempts before I finally succeeded.
