GOT MY ET BACK IN TWO WEEKS

FYI

Got my ET back in just two weeks:clapping:

Darin at Minelab in Illinois wants us all to new that the new managers want us to feel
confident that the turn around will be short

I am recovering from minor surgery but will be using the ET in Sacramento during X-mas
and reporting amazing finds(i hope:thumbup:)

I just got my new E-trac last week and when I filled out the warrenty the last question ask if I had any comments
about Minelab, products or service I told them if I have a problem and have to send it in, I ask that it will be a fast
turn around.
 
Minelab gas made great strides at improving customer relations. Nothing but good things coming from them!
 
Very good news Eva it is reassuring to know they have made great strides in service. I hope you enjoy your Christmas holiday in the warmer climes!

What I know is that the entire "brain" seems to have been replaced

He also cleaned the headphone jack connects with either alcohol or "connection cleaner" solution. NEAVER WATER so my head phones donot continue intermittent contact
And he replaced the clip connectors on the shaft as a precautionary move
The only reason I know it is not a new ET is because the shafts have chipped paint (which I'm not pleased about but in the scheme of things is not a priority, the ET is less than 2 years old!)

I really enjoy the ET but the Husband's ET has never been sent back and I hope this time it will hold
My ET is still under warranty and I am convinced Minelab will do me right
