Got to swing the F5 today

Mike Hillis

Well-known member
Felt good to swing it for a few hours. Nothing but battery money ($4.93) and trash but it was all good.

Hope the rest of you got some swing time in.

Hi TerraDigger,
For what I use the F5 for, yes, I still favor it over the other units. The F5 with the stock coil still has the best feature set in my book for inland jewerly hunting. In fact I can't help but think the F5 was made just for this purpose and I've never used another unit like it. I still buy and try and I'm still look for units to compliment or take up the slack for stuff the F5 isn't good at, but the F5 is still top of the heap.

Shamelessly promoting the F5 for inland jewelry hunting because it excells at it and I love hunting with it.
