Dug up a lot of tabs yesterday hoping to find something gold. Also found about $1.60 in clad.I would of been happy with that because the weather was so nice yesterday i was glad just to be out and about. Some how i got lucky and swung the coil over this 10k, purple heart, cz ladies gold ring.It truly made my day .This was my first none plated gold ring weighted in at .060 grams.Wish i could take better pictures because they just don't do her justice. Thanks and HH (camera date is a little off ):)

Very nice ring. It sure looks like it would weigh more than a gram to me. Weigh it again. The date on your camera is a LOT off.

Chris

Nothing wrong with knocking a few years off now and then.

GREAT RING! looks good in the scoop doesn't it?:clapping::clapping::clapping:

I found that guy at a local school that has two open fields next to each other. One is used by everyone far more than the other.I've even seen other guys metal detecting on the favored side. What makes it favored is that it's closer to the parking area and the other field is further from the road. She was about 4 inches down when i dug her up.Sometimes it pays to go out of the way.I have drove by a couple times and noticed guys metal detecting the school with there hi dollar metal detectors (yes i could tell even at a distance) but it seems the lowly Ace 250 can find what they miss.I'm finding myself starting to love to dig pull tabs because i know sooner or later gold will pop up.Thanks and HH.

Very nice. Sure beats another pulltab. Congrats.

Awesome!:super:Beautiful ring!:thumbup:Congrats!:cheers:May it be the first of many!:biggrin:Happy Hunting!

Very nice find there. Now more rings will follow. Take out those pesky targets masking other targets. You will be surprised at what you find.

Thanks , it hit hard @ 5 cents.I thought it was a nickle or a pulltab .I'm on vacation so i'm going to get out there and have some more fun. HH

That's awesome. Too bad there wasn't a nice diamond in there instead of CZ.
