Local dealer told me this machine is built stronger , and will detect gold better than Equinox . Anyone know the release date and cost ??
 
I can’t answer your questions about when or how much, but I’ve owned a couple different Minelab PI detectors and they shine best in ground that has seen little or no human activity.... they are not only very good on gold, but work equally well on ALL types of metal....
The first target I ever dug was a rusty boot tack at about a foot and a half deep.....just be prepared to dig a LOT of really deep holes.
