great after work hunt -1700's coins and silver

had a great short hunt after work today. I got a very clear King George II, A King george III a US 1/2 cent ( I think) a small, thin silver ring ( I think it is a "coin ring" ) and a unknown coin. I thought at first it was a half farthing, but there is a little detail on it there is a bust facing left, and I can see three French fleur d' lis on the bottom. and maybe the letters "BP" above them anyone have a guess??

This was one of the best hunts that I have been on..... four old coins in 1.5 hrs Thanks for looking. HH, Dan
