Gun Butt Help or opinion

I was social distancing at a mid to late 1800s homesite this weekend and found this gun butt. From what I can find on the internet is that it could possibly be a gun butt from a Harper's ferry musket made from 1841 to the 1850s. Otherwise, know as a Mississipi musket. I hate to reach that conclusion on my own. Heck, it could be from some other type of rifle. Any thoughts? I also attached a picture of what I found on the internet Fir.

Oh and I used the Deus running 25kHz 9-inch white coil

Well if it isn't then your damn close. I'd give it to you. Nice hunk of BRASS

Todd it was very unexpected. The other night I was trying to reminder the targets surrounding where I found this. A longer iron tone could be the barrel and other larger conductive items I didn’t dig could be the other parts of the musket. We will see. By the way I was running your relics program slightly modified to match the tone breaks for 25 kHz. Will be using 8 KHz when I go back.
