HAd me a killer morning hunt, and after being in the hobby for 16 yrs I finally

snagged my 2nd large cent!!! The safari was on fire this morning, this place was totally loaded with iron everywhere... Hunted even slower then usual, and hit it from all different angles... Walked out of there with a solid silver curcifix and silver chain, a few early wheats, a 18s merc, a 50 rosie, some clad.... and the large cent.. That baby was well beyong the lenght of the garrett pro-pointer in the ground and gave a loud solid signal... Dude, it rocked this morning..

Sounds like you and that Safari was on the same page today. I like those days when everything just falls right in place makes you feel like you know what your doing. Those are some NICE finds Congratulations! Keep it up. HH

Good job really makes a big differance on the angle you take and double sweeps snares them also. One good coin can make the whole day good.

That is one great hunt!! Congrats...It is a good feeling when you are one with your machine! Would love to know the numbers and depth on those finds. Waiting for pix.

both dimes read solid 36 and were everybit of 8 inches... the large cent also read 36 and I had the full lenght of the pin pointer in the hole to find it.... So thats about 10+... all solid signals like they were at 3 inches... Man-O-Man this thing is deep.
