Haven't been out in a while, but yesterday I had a little fun.

Didn't want to travel far due to the crappy weather, so I figured I hit a park that's an old stand by.
Dug the average amount to junk and had a belltone on a dime. When I cut my plug and lifted it out
there as a golf ball laying under the plug along with the dime.
So I guess you never know what you'll dig up.
It was less then a hour hunt, but with being cold, damp, and the ground being muddy I sure had a good time.
This morning there were flurries in the air.

Happy Hunting

Always watch for other items when digging - marbles are some of my favorites.
Wonder if Arnold also lost the dime:thumbup:

- - they're like dinkies, somehow, in that there is some familiarity to them. A sort of continuity surrounds them.

Some good targets you found..
Always expect the unexpected when your digging:yikes:

Yeah I've got a ton of golf balls and tennis balls. I don't even pick up the tennis balls anymore unless my dog has chewed them all up and I'm short a couple.
