Suzanne and I dodged the rain for a bit yesterday at two parks. I found a few wheats and the 1943-P war nickel at the first park and at the second park I found the *surprise* 1944 quarter (with rusty iron) it came in as a shallow 10-43 signal on the E-Trac (which explains why I may not have dug it before... thought it was a memorial penny) and the dateless Denver mint silver Roosevelt dime with some serious road rash. :detecting:

Looks like a nice & fun hunt Nick. I dig all the penny signals, there's some cool stuff comes in like pennies sometimes. Last weekend a couple of the silver dimes I found came in with CO43 numbers, and the silver quarter I found last night was a CO45. So it's not a exact science on CO numbers, the more you dig the more you find! ken-ks

Thanks for showing the dirt, by god, we all know that's the real stuff.
