Tnet the other day? A guy found a 1652 pine tree shilling in Mass. They'd have to call EMS if I'd found that. Looks to be in pretty good condition; should fetch a pretty penny. If i remember the story right, his friend (who doesn't have a detector) knew of his hobby and let him dig his property; a house that was built in the 1700's. The deal was they would split whatever was found. Well, the coin is on it's way to be graded and they'll sell it and split whatever they get. How cool is that?
