Hi everybody!! Just got my V3i a couple months ago and am finally able to get out with it due to the ground starting to thaw. I have used Whites machines for about 6 years now but the V3i is a little different. So far I have been doing well with it. Around 17 wheat cents and a 1944 Mercury dime and a few other things. Looking forward to learning from you all and hopefully I can put in a couple pointers as I learn it more myself!!!

Welcome to the forum Dan and there is a wealth of information in past posts and in two of the sticky posts at the top of these posts. The short cuts and the advanced users guide in addition to the owners manual are a must read and read again and again as needed. When you get stuck on something, we are here to help.

Youre doing great already. Using the stock prograns is a good place to start. When you feel you are ready to try a custom program, try Magic's program listed on this website.

Congratulations on the V3i and the swell start you have had.

Welcome to the forum. Nothing can beat hands on, so get out there and hunt.
