After I dug that miniature whiskey bottle just about right off and polished off its contents, (Mudpuppy does) I was ready and raring to go. I only had a couple of hours to swing so stayed pretty close to home. A little clad digging was the plan and did recover 46 coins, not counting the 1925 wheat cent that shouldn't have been there, for $5.54 towards my battery fund. Along the way I did snag 3 rings, 2 junk, and a junk link to something and a junk ear ring with a bent post. The Avon marked 925 ring does pass the silver test. I have found some that wouldn't, but this one does have the weight and since buffing it looks good. Looked hard for the missing stone, but to no avail. I have never found a silver ring that had real diamonds on it, but will test the remaining 2 to be hopefully a first time. Hic! O.K., guess I better sleep it off. Especially of an early crisp morn when none of the clergy are about to pass judgement on a free man?
Cant wait to see your face when ol' St Pete tells you theres no silver!, As stipulated, Heavens streets are paved with gold, and Muds already got the contractor rights on the tear ups!
