Whoa dude! Absolutely it does matter. With an attitude like that you aren't going to find much help on this forum..Sir Digs A Lot said:GKMan, it doesn't matter. That is all I can get out of a air test using a quarter. Reading air testing doesn't mean a thing I just assumed this was normal. I've recovered some 5-7" targets. But sometimes think I'm not getting the depth that others get?
nolanation said:Insayn, if you read the response correctly, he was saying it doesn't matter what sensitivity he trys, no matter what he only gets 3-4" in an air test. Not "it doesn't matter" like he doesn't care.

Way less EMI involved when I am using my 6 inch coil too. The 6 incher seems to hit 7-8 inches down on penny sized objects and the 11 incher hits like 7 inches max on penny sized objects. Sometimes I feel as if I should be getting better depth too, but due to me trying every combination and experiment I have seen on this forum, the depth does not improve in this area. I was having similar issues with my AT Pro before switching the CTX 3030. It seems the problem either lies within the soil here or within the detectors I have used. For these reasons it is good to have someone with another machine to meet up with you and compare results. So far there is not many people close by my area and the ones who are nearby are scared of the competition!
 I can't win for losing.
