How is the Safari on ocean beaches ?

Hey Bruce, I go to the beach every now and then. (I live in the Tampa Bay area) The Safari does just fine on both dry and wet sands. The Safari makes the transition from dry to wet and back with no problem. I have also hit the beach in Aruba with the same fine results.
Hope this helps.
Good luck,
Bunker

You are going to be amazed at how good the Safari does. Get yourself a good scoop. One of my son's used my Safari last trip to the beach while I was in the water with my Excalibur and he smoked me one day hunting around those rental umbrellas and lounges and it was only the second time he ever used it. Good Luck and HH :minelab:

No, I run it full throttle. Run it all metal, sometimes C&J. It is so easy to dig on the beach that I don't mind hearing everything.
Hope this helps.
HH,
Bunker

Run your Safari in all metal, ground balancing occasionally and if it's down there, shallow or deep it will let you know and don't forget to dig everything!

Been hiting the freashwater beaches around my house. It does great wet or dry.No differance.Usally hunt in c&j but have tried all metal. Both work good.I usally hunt in c&j and have had good luck.
