How many detectorist here have back problems.
Lower back problems.
Anyone ever used the back2life back machine for their back?

At 68 years old my legs are my problem...Each day when I wake I take 2 aleve (Equate is Walmart brand) and I can go out detecting for 3 or 4 hours, but the next day the pain is there again. Vicious cycle, but it works for me.

All my fingers ended up being triggers which led to surgery and now to osteo arthritis
I take aleve and tylenol arthritis twice daily and when i detect i dont really hurt unless its been
more than three hours with lots of swinging (involuntary clamping of hands will occur no matter what)
Unless things get severely worse, i will detect how long and when i want (which is very often if weather allows)

Don't even know what this machine you are talking about is. But I live with constant lower back pain. I am also on Blood thinners and so they tell me I can not take anti inflammatory, including Ibuprofen. I had lower back surgery 7 years ago and it left me with lower back pain, and believe me if the pain gets bad enough they can put their no Ibuprofen where the sun doesn't shine. Something is going to kill me sooner or latter and at 65 I'm not living with it any worse then I have to.

This has been my hobby since 1968 and I have days it's so bad I can't go at all but if the Ibuprofen will calm it down enough I will get out for a couple hours. I guess the way I see it is the quality of life is more importunate to me then the threat of death. Rick IL.

Yep , me too
Sorry dont know that machine
Back injury at 44 in 2004 ended my working life
I have a Norspan pain patch on my chest 24/7 plus pills as needed.
I have good and bad days but I tend to only hunt 3-4 hrs to limit pay back
