My charger stopped working over a month ago. I have emailed Minelab 4 times without an answer and have left 4 messages to no avail.
Is there a secret formula for getting in touch with them. Seems like they don't care about the customer once they have your money. My SE 16 months old.
 
Here is the Customer Care phone # that I have from their new Downers Grove, IL facility... 877-767-6522.
 
Wow.....called the number Bryce posted above....a real person answered and we got my problem solved.
