sorta asking your friends for permission to invite this lady over for a bit of recreation. That fence is not anything that a chipmunk could not take down if it was chasing a peanut buddy. Now you mention she is a bit elderly. Well what you got against us old folks. Unless I misremember now you are getting a bit long in the tooth your own self Them there wimmins can be handy when you come home from detecting and have something you need polished up! Mighty handy they can be until they get sassy that is.

I, for one, give you full permission to take that dang sissy fence down and invite the lady over for what ever suits you. I bet she is purter than a speckled pup and might be mighty handy to have around for sure.
