They are going in to take a look, please pray for me. My name is Julien

Also my friend, RC James is having serious retna eye surgery tomorrow AM, the doc give's him a 50/50 chance of keeping his eyesight. I told him that Jesus specializes in eyesight...

Pray for him too.

My wife, Cindy. is having a bad lower back problem too. I think we are under attack by the enemy.

Also pray for me that God will help me to walk in the Spirit. I have lately ben struggling with a besetting sin.

God is good. God is willing and God is able. I really want to know Him more, to be more what He want's me to be. I've had a belly full of me in my life...

Neil Young said "Rust Never Sleeps" but sin never sleeps. We let our guard down for a minute and the enemy will take advantage, sin will deceive us, and he will accuse us... but a quick prayer and repentance put's him back in his place. I'll give him this.. he never give's up, but neither does Jesus.
I read something this past week that really jumped off the page at me. It was this: "God will never take salvation from us because to do that He would have to take Jesus from us and Jesus said "I will never leave nor forsake you"". That is good isn't it?

Well, remember to pray for me and RC and my wife Cindy.

Thanks,

J

Hi jbow - 3 years back I had the same "exploritory" cath job done. They found too much blockage so I had a bypass. I'm not saying yours will be that way - lots of times it results in just a stent.
I feel 110 % this last 3 years since that. I'll pray for you and your friend. The Lord will watch over you, Steve in so az

Please keep us updated on all three!
God bless!

Thanks all. They found 99% blockage in one artery in two places and 70% in another. I am now in another hospital waiting for angio plasty? And stents?
Thanks for the prayers.
I am using my blackberry for this.

Glad they caught it in time! Continued prayers heading your way!

I had a physical a week or so ago and I mentioned to the doctor that all the men on both sides of my family die from heart attacks and I have not had a stress test in ten years or more... don't remember. He listened and heard a slight murmor. He sent me to get a stress echo test, it's a sonogram under stress from walking on a treadmill. They saw a bi-cuspid valve that was slightly leaky and the EKG dropped a little at the end. Neither would lead them to do a heart cath but due to family history they decided to take a look. The doctor put the cath in and injected dye. He was shocked and said that I should not be alive. He said I had a 99.9% blockage in my right main artery. They left the sheath in and called for an ambulance, sent me to a larger hospital and did balooned and added two stints that night, Monday. The cardiologist there called it a 95% blockage with another 85% blockage in the same artery and a 70% blockage in another artery but they didn't do anything with it because it wasn't a main artery.

So, according to the doctors I should be dead but I was never in any danger because of the lovingkindness of out Lord. Jesus, the God of Jacob. We are alway's safe in His care. I feel I have a new lease on life because of His mercy and grace. I am going to approach life differently from now on. I have been self centered way too much in my life, it is so easy to be self centered, at least for me.

So, I am at home now recouping... life is good but God is better. I know He has spared me. I had no symptoms and was right on the verge of a massive heart attack but God... How many times in our lives can we look back and say, "but God..."

Thank you Jesus.
