I am heading to the Northeast US, would like to hunt with one or two of you guys

I am leaving next week, for the Northeast, to work as an insurance adjuster, and I would like to try and meet up with one or two detectorists along the way, or after I arrive, to hunt in some older parts of our country. I have never driven up there before, always flown, but I just bought a new 32 ft travel trailer (Forest River Flagstaff V-Cross), and will be towing it with me. I am showing my route below. If any of you folks in the older part of our country that I will be passing through wouldn't mind sharing a hunt with a fellow forum member, I would deeply appreciate your time. I'll even buy you lunch......or dinner.

I plan on hunting while up there, once I get caught up with my files......I will most likely be in the New Jersey/Virginia/Vermont part of the country. Not sure which yet, but I would love to hunt any of them.

So, any takers out there? I will be takin my Etrac and my Excallibur II with me, so I can do whatever type of hunting I want.....

Regards to All!

Dennis, a travelin man......

You lucky dog! :detecting: Nothing like a long road trip where you can detect along the way. Hope you make some hook ups. Would be interesting and fun to see pictures of the places you detect as you make your way out there.

Be safe and good luck. HH

If your going to be in Northern DE. I could take you to a couple of old parks this weekend or after 5pm weekdays. If you like old parks with history and good at picking, may be a good hunt for ya. PM if interested. HH Mike

Thanks Mike....will keep this in mind.....I am leaving early so that I can hunt a couple of days or so along the way...... Haven't told my wife that is why I am leaving early, but, oh well....treasure calls!
