I downloaded the park pattern off Minelabs site but cant get in in the Xchange program??

Just curious if anyone else has had this problem?? And how did you solve it? I want to try others programs just not sure how... I can download the patterns but not sure why they will not install xchange!

I found that I had to have my etrac plugged in to the computer to move the downloaded program to the exchange program and onto the etrac.you also have to have the etrac exchange program in the same file as the downloaded pattern is .I use my documents.I have heard from others that you don't have to do that but it works for me. good luck
