I fixed my X1.

The problem was were the wire enters the probe. I slide the strain relief back and sliced the wire casing where the strain relief crimps it. There are two plastic coated wires and each one has a second wire mesh wrapped around it for a total of four wires. I noticed that one of the mesh wires was frayed apart. I added new wire and wrapped it very tight with tape. I then slide the
strain relief back into place and It looks and works like new.
