I found my 1st Gold Ring with week old E-Trac

I found this cool 16.7 gram 18k man's ring in a park today. It has diamond eyes and rubies on the temples! It is only the second gold ring I've found. The first was with my XS-2 Pro Sovereign (see hereWedding Ring ). It was only 3 inches down - a steady 10-33. THAT was the only reason I dug.. it wasn't bouncing at all! To top it off, my Minelab E-Trac is one week old today!

So, let's see... I guess I can expect to find about one gold ring per week with this machine, right? ;)

Major Congrats

Nice ring! Odd numbers for a gold ring. I would have thought I was digging an Indian head.

I'm really happy you posted this ring. Please don't melt it down. It is awesome and I've never seen one like it in gold.

You have to love big chunky gold. Nice hit.

Odd numbers for sure? 10-33

Very interesting ring. Congrats. Second one I've seen this week. The other one was silver.

Awesome find, most unusual. Congrats.

Thanks for the congrats. It just scratch tested positive for 18K.. Also, it is hitting a steady 12-33 above ground. It was my last target of the day and starting to rain so I didn't swing the coil over it once out of the ground. Had a long jog (more like a happy dance) back to my truck. I'm pretty sure remembering that it was 10-33 in the dirt. Hope this helps anyone. BTW, I was using the Andy Sabisch coin pattern.
