I got my first T2se

It has the standard 11" and 5" coils and the 15" coil. Also will be getting the sharpshooter.

First I got the Relic and lost all confidence in it when for me my Tejon out performed it. Then got the mxs and really liked that detector but got rid of it for reasons I won't say. So I finally end up with the T2se.

I like the t2. One thing I noticed it doesn't like iron relics as well as my Tejon but with the setting on the t2 at disc 21, 1+ it hits on larger iron but not well. It's enough though to let know it's iron. Bp mode is nice. With the dst it's running very smooth. The 11" coil is more sensitive to emi than the other coils.

I just got a T2SE as well and also have a Tejon. The T2 is my first ID unit, so I am still getting used to it. But had good luck with it my first time out. I'll be cruising the Teknetics forum and learning what I can learn and probably eventually asking a couple of dumb questions.

Happy Hunting.

It's a good unit Rick. I've had the t2se going on 5 years now and had it upgraded with dst. I also have the 11" and 5" stock coils, the 13" ultimate and the sharpshooter. That pretty much covers all bases for me. I purchased several other awesome detectors to have a backup or another machine that might be better under certain conditions. But got shed of them and bought another t2se/dst. Now I've got 2. Here's a few past pictures I've posted of some finds with the T2 just to show you it's a really nice detector. There's much more but I deleted the photos for some reason. Hang tight with the t2 it's as good as anything out there.

Thanks. Great finds. I am liking this detector. Running smooth. I'm going to enjoy detecting with it. It will be good with my Tejon.
