I Gradidiated Today!

After having undergone shoulder surgery in late June to repair a torn rotator cuff and a ripped bicep, I was released from physical therapy today. I still have to continue my exercises here at home for the next 6 to 8 weeks. This was a lot more down time than I had first thought. With the help of the Good Lord, my wife, and the Physical Therapist Team, they have gotten me just about through this. I am truly grateful and painfree. I'm looking forward to doing some relic hunting once it begins to cool off some.

Glad you are on the mend. Not a pleasant experience, I know. Delt with a torn rotor cuff back in the early 90's and the most painful experience I ever had. Those therapy exercises were horrible for a few weeks. Good luck. HH jim tn
