Just got a Quattro and I am trying to get used to it after working with a Headhunter PI for 3 years.......One sound fits all.
Why am getting high end readings on some plain old rocks.......not all rocks just a couple of them today?........even with the SunRay probe I was getting a silver reading.......there's no silver in our area. I am working very wet clay.
Why is the recovery rate so slow?......is there some way I can speed it up.
I am finding stuff........mostly junk......copper wire pieces, brass pieces, just having a hard time trying to figure out the sounds and matching them to the readings. How do you know when it is really a silver coin and not a piece of junk even though it reads coin on the meter.
Any suggestions?
