i need help to id my token

got this cool token but i can not find any info on it it is hard to make out the letters but it looks like l.m shidlers or j.m shidlers or j.m. shadlers it is small as a dime and it is copper
so if you can make out what the letters are let me know if you can i found a few sites and the token do not look like the one i have help if you can ty
 
It is a Civil War era token and similar to these.(Plainfield, IND) I filled in the info I could read and re-uploaded your pics.

THIS site says it was made in 1864.
THIS says it was made in 1863.
 
I believe your token predates the Civil War by nearly a decade. THIS book references the token in detail and lists it as 1854.

THIS site lists it as 1861-1865. I wish it listed a picture because it is an example of a MS-65 NGC graded token that sold for $310.50
I believe NGC would have known the time period it was made(covering a few years of course) and this is most likely the time period it was made.

thanks for all the info this is so cool i found this token in a farm field in Greenwood just 24 miles from Plainfield my step son lives in Plainfield and i live in Greenwood
in the same field i got a larg cent from 1834 so thank you so so so much this token is one that wiil never be sold
 
That's a great find. Tokens are some of my favorite relics. A piece of mostly forgotten past that you can hold in your hand and feel connected to.
