I was really jealous of all the guys posting Barber quarters here...

since I haven't found one in several years until today! This one was hiding from me at a park that I know I have detected the spot that I found it at least 3 times. I guess I hit it from the right angle this time.:clapping: HH

Great dig Bro!
slow careful persistence pays with my "BIG Jabronee" (minelab ex ) as many times I have gone over some of the same spots and found new surprises. sometimes the soil may be wetter or maybe the angle or growth changed just enough to get a fair signal. Could be a bunch of reasons but I'm a die hard and go back over and over till I'm skunked and skunked...then Ill go again next spring and sometimes it works again. gotta love it. especially that nive barber silver.
best of luck finding more.

really great find MikeB. Going back over the same spots always seems to produce another keeper. Nice piece of big barber silver.

Did you do a happy dance Mike? Congratulations, those bigger Barbers are getting harder to find.
