I am thinking about purchasing an ID Excel.Due to limited income(disabled)the ID is in my price range, but will look at a used C$,CZ-3d or ID.The field test that Bill Ladd wrote sure makes the ID sound great. The problem is he is a professional and I have about 30 years experience using white's anolog machines, but I am not experienced with the new type machines.
There are very few comments in the forum about the ID's especially covering going from an anolog to the new computer style.I live in Alabama and the soil around here is heavily mineralized and a lot of places have been filled in with pipe shop soil.In short I'm afraid that the adjustments required for the soil will be confusing(not mentally diabled,I have COPD)for an old timer like me.
Any thoughts from you folks would be greatly appreciated
