DISSAPPOINTED AND DELIGHTED
thats an odd statement but its how i feel after the challenge i realize now there are iffy signals and iffy iffy signals i think both mine would sit quite happily in the second catagory ok first signal was broken and i thought i would get a better idea on switching to manual sensitivity auto was 26 plus 3 so i went to 22 on manual the signal was a little better still iffy just not what i would normally have dug anyway i dug down about seven inches pinpointed it with the pro pointer and it was a nail oh sorry a bent nail odd never seen a head like it before cleaned it off hoping it would turn into a long lost relic but no gave a grunt as i past it over the coil swept the coil over the ground again hoping this wasnt my iffy signal but nothing there so presumably this was it ok second signal came in at 2.38 certainly not a usaul dig for me as it was weak and choppy thought i was going to end up in australia anyway pulled out piece of metal could be alluminium i am certainly not interested in washing it and straightening it out and why am i DELIGHTED well it proves to me that the iffy signals i have past over in the past were not worth the all the extra digging and i will be quite happy in settling for the good targets two way signal that never fails to produce a goodie i do hope someone does find coins in your part of the world as you have far more coins than us so we will wait and see.
