I send the image to My Pictures, then click on the image from there, and adjust/edit the size with the "Paint" program.

Sizing is automatic in Windows Mail, one or a bunch of pictures at once. Send pictures to yourself and when it asks what size you want to send, click on medium. When you get your own mail save them and they are ready to download in posts.
