I got permission to hunt the front lawn of a house that has been boarded up for a some years now and will probably be torn down. I had found a mercury dime 1942, and some Wheaties. I also found this medal. Don't know what it is, so I thought I would let you see it and maybe someone who has knowledge about it could give me some information. Thanks
Last month, I dug up the butt of a 17 century sword out in New York and I swear you could feel it's energy when you held it in your hand. Sat there wondering how many people were slashed with the thing. I know that sounds morbid, but much of history is violent and morbid. Dug up a "chewed" three ringer bullet in Missouri under an oak tree in a field....now why would some soldier be chewing on a bullet under a tree in a field other than an amputation at the time? I only wish I started this hobby 20 years earlier. Cool find on the Nazi medal, it only had to travel what: 6 or 7000 miles for you to find it.
